Fitness Thru Gymnastics
Fun and challenging fitness exercises to build flexibility and strength. Basic tumbling moves to build coordination. We will delve into the many fun tumbling moves used in gymnastics, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and roundoffs, walkovers and handsprings, and front and back flips. These are all exciting gymnastics moves which require some flexibility, strength, and desire. We make the class very fun, and we love to see each student's inevitable progress toward reaching their goals.
