The Fitness and Lifestyle Improvement Program (FLIP), a division of the Dartmouth College Athletic Department, is dedicated to providing a wide variety of health and fitness classes taught by energetic, qualified, and approachable instructors.
The program is open to all Dartmouth College students and members of the Alumni Gym. Classes are designed to increase overall general fitness and health awareness.
