Safety Officer Information

Become a Safety Officer

  1. Review Safety Safety Officer Training PowerPoint .

  2. Complete concussion webinar (link in PowerPoint) and take a screenshot of the successful completion message.

  3. Complete the Mental Health Union module and quiz and take a screenshot of the successful completion message.

  4. Have current certifications in CPR, AED & First Aid certifications. You will need to upload electronic copies.

  5. Complete this Google form where you will upload the above.

  6. Review Safety Officer roster within a few days of submitting your final paperwork to ensure all of your requirements have been recorded.
