- Complete the Mental Health Union module and quiz and take a screenshot of the successful completion message.
Have current certifications in CPR, AED & First Aid certifications. You will need to upload electronic copies.

- Review Safety Officer roster within a few days of submitting your final paperwork to ensure all of your requirements have been recorded.
