KORU MINDFULNESS - CRN 60607
During this 4-week class offered by Student Wellness, you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life. Attendance & participation at all four Zoom classes, reading assignments, and a commitment to a daily 10-minute mindfulness practice will be required for completion of course. All course materials and fees (required reading, optional Koru App) will be provided free of cost to all participating students.
Meeting day and time: Mondays, 4:00 – 5:15 pm (EST) via Zoom.
