FLIP Fitness Classes

About FLIP

The Fitness and Lifestyle Improvement Program (FLIP), a division of the Dartmouth College Athletic Department, is dedicated to providing a wide variety of health and fitness classes taught by energetic, qualified, and approachable instructors. The program is open to all Dartmouth College students, Dartmouth College employees, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center employees, and Upper Valley residents. Classes are designed to increase overall general fitness and health awareness within the college community.
